About

What this site is

There Are No Ghosts at the Grand Wiki is an independent, unofficial fan site dedicated to There Are No Ghosts at the Grand, the first-person hotel-restoration adventure with ghost hunting from developer Friday Sundae and publisher Friday Sundae. The game releases on December 2026 (Early Access on PC) for PC via Steam and Xbox on PC at Early Access, with Xbox Series X|S following at the 2027 full launch, with Xbox Game Pass on day one and Xbox Play Anywhere support, with the Early Access build arriving on PC first.

We cover what players actually search for: the Chapter 1 missions, the seven tool guns, the Kingswood-on-Sea cast, the duet songs and the release details.

Who runs this site

This wiki is run by a small independent editorial team of players. It is a single-purpose fan project: every page here is about There Are No Ghosts at the Grand and nothing else, we do not publish guides for games we have not looked into, and we do not accept payment for positive coverage.

How we research and test

Our guides are built from three source tiers:

  • Tier 1 — Official sources: the official Steam page, Xbox Wire, Friday Sundae press releases, the demo build and hands-on previews from GameSpew, The Outerhaven and GamesBeat.
  • Tier 2 — Hands-on play: the Steam Next Fest demo (October 2026), which covers the first three Chapter 1 missions, including the systems that matter most in practice: the day-and-night tool switching, Robert C. MacBrushy, the character duets performed by The Concierge and the crime board.
  • Tier 3 — Community reports: player discussions on Steam forums, Reddit and Discord, used for edge cases and always treated as unconfirmed until we can reproduce them.

Where a page discusses content we have not been able to verify, we say so in the text rather than presenting speculation as fact.

How we use AI

We use AI tools to help draft and structure long-form guides, and to translate pages where the site is multilingual. AI drafts are not published unchecked: an editor reviews each page against the source tiers above, corrects factual errors, removes anything we cannot verify, and updates pages when official information changes. We disclose this because readers deserve to know how a guide was made.

Corrections

If you find an error — a wrong date, a mechanic described inaccurately, or a claim that contradicts the game — email [email protected] with the page URL and what you believe is wrong. We aim to review correction requests within 48 hours and to mark substantive edits with a dated update note.

Non-affiliation

This is a non-official fan wiki. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Friday Sundae or Friday Sundae. All game names, trademarks and media belong to their respective owners. See our disclaimer and editorial policy for details.
